Hands-on IT experience, backed by a computer science degree

James Fazio earned his degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Software Engineering, from LSU. He then spent years in IT at Marriott, doing the hands-on work that keeps a business running: managing network switches and PBX phone systems, working the ticket queue, and helping staff get past computer problems so they could get back to work.

He also built automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, Forms and Power BI, which replaced manual, repetitive tasks and made daily operations faster and easier to track across multiple New Orleans properties.
